Job Introduction

What you’ll do
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Manager. You will play a crucial role in delivering whole home upgrades through our renewal programmes working across entire sites to address historic repairs, cyclical investment, component replacements and sustainability.

 Your focus will be on managing the appointment and performance of external consultants and building contractors to achieve  high quality service delivery, optimising operational processes and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across NHG and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to our customers.

Essential:
  • Experience of managing building projects through to completion/hand over
  • Demonstrable experience of budget management using Pamwin or similar
  • Customer Service skills including complex stakeholder management
  • Advanced IT and systems skills including Microsoft office

Step 1 – Send your CV and Supporting Statement
Step 2 – Successful candidates will be selected for an interview after the advert has closed
Step 3 – Interview will consist of competency-based  questions and a presentation – you will be told in advance what you need to prepare for.
