Progression Executive

Job Introduction

As a Progression Executive, you’ll manage the sales pipeline and guide buyers through the conveyancing process, ensuring a smooth journey from instruction to exchange and completion. You’ll be responsible for progressing shared ownership and private sales, maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the Sales Progression and Voids Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help NHG achieve its sales targets.


How you’ll do it

  • Sales progression: Coordinate and support buyers through the full conveyancing process, ensuring a seamless transition from instruction to exchange and completion. Manage the sales pipeline and provide administrative support throughout.
  • Customer experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping buyers informed and supported at every stage. Monitor and report on exchange and completion targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Executives and internal teams, while building strong relationships with external partners to meet exchange deadlines.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales comply with GLA guidelines. Prepare legal documents for execution and assist with mortgage offer processes.
  • Work responsibly: Follow all NHG and statutory policies, including health and safety and financial regulations.

Essential:

Professional expertise

  • Experience in sales progression and the conveyancing process.
  • Knowledge of GLA guidelines.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
