Assistant director of business information

We’re looking now for an assistant director of business information to lead reporting and analysis of our development and sales programmes, supporting us to continue our long track record in building high quality homes and communities across London through our pipeline of projects, including high-profile estate regeneration, large-scale joint ventures and land-led new build.

The role
You’ll be our strategic data lead, managing a team of analysts compiling reports covering the development cashflow, the Greater London Authority (GLA) grant programme and Open Project System system, development acquisition, starts, handover and sales data.
 
You will deliver accurate and timely reporting, providing strategic market intelligence, and managing the sales customer experience.
 
Production of key data and analysis will be critical for us to monitor our programme and assist in the production of five-year business plans and the group’s overall 60-year strategic plan. As such, you will be responsible for implementing improvements to the way that data is collected and reported.
 
Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with the GLA and Homes England (HE). Your strategic support will help the sales and marketing team achieve business plan objectives and maximise revenue through efficient reporting, market intelligence, and robust systems.

The ideal candidate
You’ll be personally committed to delivering a top quality service, and be able to demonstrate your experience of providing critical business information in relation to a large and complex development and sales programme consisting of a significant amount of projects delivering homes over an extensive timescale.
 
By combining strategic leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and robust management systems, you will ensure our development and sales programmes are furnished with the latest information and metrics to ensure they are successful and aligned with organisational goals.
 
As a confident communicator, you’ll enjoy working with and motivating people.
 
Experience of managing a team of analysts reporting on a large and complex development and sales programme, including managing our GLA grant programme, will be essential of this role.
 
What’s in it for me?
In return we offer a salary of between £84,148 to £93,498 and, for pensions, we will contribute up to 10.8% of earnings alongside your contributions of up to 9.2%, which means that a maximum of 20% of earnings is put  aside each month as total pension contributions.
