What you’ll do

Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are seeking 3 x Project Managers to join our Building Safety team, with permanent and fixed-term opportunities available. 

At Notting Hill Genesis, our Building Safety team is at the forefront of ensuring our homes are safe, compliant and futureproofed for residents. As a Project Manager, you will lead critical remediation projects, from conducting due diligence on property construction to managing fire safety upgrades. Your work will ensure NHG meets evolving Building Safety Regulations while balancing cost, time and quality targets. By collaborating with consultants, contractors, and residents, you’ll minimise financial impacts to NHG and deliver a seamless, transparent experience for communities.

How you’ll do it

  • Manage end-to-end fire safety remediation projects, including risk analysis, contractor appointments, and resident relocation strategies.
  • Develop capital budgets, cash flow forecasts, and project plans, ensuring alignment with NHG’s financial and safety standards.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, crafting communication plans to keep residents, local authorities, and internal teams informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with procurement to appoint consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and value for money.
  • Monitor project KPIs, prepare detailed progress reports, and present findings to senior leadership and committees.

The ideal candidate

Essential:

  • Project management related qualification
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and risk analysis skills
  • Competent user of financial appraisal tools such as Pamwin

Desirable:

  • Experience within the property and housing sector
  • An understanding of construction contracts
