Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and take on the role of Day Conceige. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt, suitable, and professional services to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing, supporting, and caring for individuals in accordance with service requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our buildings and customers, while actively promoting positive relationships within the community.

Main Responsibility

  • As a Day Conceige, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing housing management and care support to customers with similar needs to those within the scope of this role, in a social housing or social care environment.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of relevant policies, best practices, and legislation, and applying them appropriately.
  • Utilizing mediation techniques to effectively manage conflicts.
  • Facilitating customer engagement and actively supporting responses to feedback.
  • Delivering a customer-focused service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Taking initiative to resolve issues independently.
  • Demonstrating proficient IT skills, including familiarity with relevant IT systems.
  • Maintaining clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication.
  • Safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with appropriate protocols.
  • Applying relevant legislation, policies, and best practices as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a genuine commitment to delivering top-quality services, thereby ensuring the effective management of our homes. You should be comfortable working in collaboration with other agencies and be adept at establishing clear expectations with residents. Experience in providing housing management or care support in a social housing or social care environment is essential. Moreover, you must have a strong understanding of relevant policies, best practices, and legislation. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor are also crucial for this role.
