What you’ll do
As a leader in the sector digitally transforming services, Notting Hill Genesis recognises the importance of Data in achieving its vision. Our Data Governance and Performance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Data Governance Technical Analyst to join the team as they embark on more Data Governance projects. 

How you’ll do it
You will provide technical and subject matter expertise on data integrity and support relating to the collection and accuracy of data. By working alongside teams across NHG, including technology teams, you will help drive improvements and support staff as they take on new responsibilities. Your work will have a direct impact on our residents in our homes. 

Main responsibilities of the role include:  
  • Championing Data across NHG, and amongst staff and teams; working as a trusted partner and critical friend to help them and their areas become more data driven.
  • Delivering impactful business intelligence/information analysis in a demanding and complex environment/market.
  • Build and nurturing networks and influence in and out of sector. 
  • Support NHG’s approach to data governance, including writing standards and principles, and managing data governance frameworks.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification. 
  
We are looking for people who are passionate about getting things right with a strong technical and analytical background. You will need to work across the business, talking to staff, understanding their working methods and documenting this. Your stakeholder management skills are essential here alongside your ability to draw out from the business methodologies and documenting them. You will need a good understanding of housing data and its complexities, as well as technical skills which will support you to document the rules need to monitor data. Experience in SQL and developing dashboards in Power BI using Dax is essential.
