What you’ll do
As a leader in the sector digitally transforming services, Notting Hill Genesis recognises the importance of Data in achieving its vision. Our Data Governance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Data Loss Prevention Technical Analyst, the role will execute and be part of end-to-end projects, requirements gathering, design, implementation planning and guidance, and environment optimisation.
How you’ll do it
- Communicating with the business to ensure risks and challenges regarding data are understood
- Implementing information classification, data loss and risk management relating to Microsoft Security and Compliance
- Monitoring and responding to alerts
- Working with the appropriate team to escalate and respond to potential or real threats
- Working to define and agree policies regarding data classification and ownership
- Data lifecycle, enabling processes and supporting the business to agree data lifecycle and retention policies

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
The successful candidate will have technical knowledge in the compliance and security field along with experience in using tooling. The individual will also be a subject matter expert for data security and information governance and will ideally have GDPR and Information Protection certifications.
