Folio London is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys a 360 digital role and thriving in small fast-paced teams.
How you’ll do it
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of a committed team of marketers with a focus on delivering effective and value for money digital marketing content and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the digital presence of Folio London with a focus on building the brand awareness as a go to choice for London renters, as well as ensuring campaigns have a primary focus towards lead generation. Ideally, you’ll have digital marketing experience from within the property sector or a lead generation business, and be confident in managing multiple campaigns and projects with a track record of delivery on target and within budget.
Collaboration is central and key to succeeding in this role as a professional, team and as a business. As well as shared approaches within the marketing team, your ability to build great relationships with colleagues in lettings, sales, development, and communications as well as with external creative and media agencies will help you to deliver integrated, successful strategies that deliver a great customer experience; from viewing, to move-in and until move-out.
Key responsibilities include managing property portal listings, overseeing the production digital content and optimisation of Folio London’s web content, supporting the marketing manager in ideation and execution of digital campaigns, managing Folio London’s social media channels, monitoring customer review, reporting and analysing digital marketing performance, and liaising with digital media and creative agencies.
Regular site visits are also key to this role to continually assess and feedback on improvements to the customer journey and on-site experience, as well as building product knowledge and familiarity.

We’re looking for a determined and self-starting Digital Marketing Executive who loves all things digital and thrives in a small-team fast-paced environment. You’ll thrive in working across paid digital campaigns, website/CMS management and social media management.
Working with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team you’ll use your skills to produce written and visual content for our digital outputs that build awareness of Folio London and generates quality leads. Our development portfolio is varied in terms of location, property types and rent value; you will need to take ownership of marketing multiple homes across multiple property developments. Essential
- Experience of working in digital marketing related position.
- Up to date knowledge of digital marketing trends, research and techniques.
- Experience of using or managing a website
- Experience with multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills including copywriting and preparing and delivering high quality reports and presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and Sprout.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Paid Social and Paid Search.
- Advanced Word, Canva and PowerPoint skills.
- Effective IT & MS Office skills.
Desirable
- Experience of working in the private rented sector
- Good understanding of the private rented sector
- Experience of using business intelligence systems or databases to provide accurate management reporting
- Knowledge of HTML/WordPress
- BA Honours degree or CIM Certificate or Qualification
- Preferably in the media/marketing field.
