We are offering a fantastic opportunity for 2 polite, customer-focused and personable Estate Operations Coordinators to join our friendly and diverse teams. We are looking for someone who cares passionately about delivering efficient, high-quality customer service to our residents, visitors and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the estate.

We have 2 opportunities:  Lampton Parkside,Hounslow and Heybourne Park, Colindale

Lampton Parkside is a new residential development next to Lampton Park in Hounslow.  We offer a 12-hour concierge service, which operates 365 days a year, and are also responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all services (from maintenance to cleaning ) on the Estate.

You would be working alongside the Estate Operations Manager, from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) with occasional resident meetings and events outside the normal hours.  This role is offered on a permanent basis.

Heybourne Park is a regeneration project in Colindale, London and comprises of New Build properties as well as properties which were constructed over 10 years ago.. The Estate will eventually be over 3,000 units when the build finishes in circa 10 years time. Your role initially would be to assist the Senior Estate Operations Manager on current phases whilst both the Estate and the team in which you work grows. Your role would be a mixture of site-based days and days where you work remotely between Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). This role is offered on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibility

We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service to a variety of people including diagnosing issues, providing advice, giving instructions and resolving basic or complex issues.

You will be acting as an effective liaison between residents, estate management and property management teams and help coordinate the day-to-day running of the Estate alongside the Estate Operations Manager.

As an on-site Estate Operations Coordinator, you will carry out regular Building inspections to ensure safety, uphold/monitor cleaning standards, ensuring all risks are promptly dealt with or reported appropriately.

Your responsibilities will also include arranging, and monitoring contractor and maintenance visits, and helping with the effective organization of compliance documentation.

You will be working closely with the Estate Operations Manager assisting in delivering outstanding estate services whilst working  NHG’s Placemaking principles; estate management, community, people & brand in mind to deliver consistent, excellent service to all residents.

· Customer service or Hospitality experience

· Excellent communication and inter personal skills

· Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook)


· Relevant experience in a similar customer-facing role.

· Experience in liaising and managing contractors 

· Property management or Housing experience
