What you’ll do
Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's biggest housing associations, is offering an exciting position of Head of Repair Contracts and Strategy to spearhead the direction and execution of the repairs supply chain, ensuring high-quality service delivery. 
 
How you’ll do it
As the Head of Repair Contracts and Strategy, you will lead on the direction and delivery of our repairs supply chain to provide an outstanding repairs service that is aligned with the six customer priorities in our Customer Strategy. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing property services frameworks and contractor performance management to optimise service quality
  • Establishing a responsive service culture, ensuring that resident queries and concerns are promptly addressed
  • Providing relevant senior level advice and guidance as required
  • Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including Executive Board members, operational colleagues, contractors and local authorities
  • Leading your team to support the implementation and delivery of new repairs and property services frameworks that support our Better Together strategy
  • Designing and building the capability to deliver these services in line with their service level agreements, and to achieve the required business outcomes

Essential:
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and potential business partners
  • Proven experience of management within a repairs or planned investment environment
  • A track record of success in a leadership role; meeting challenging objectives and delivering business performance that exceeds expectations and targets
  • A degree or higher-level qualification/s in property or construction related discipline. Individuals working towards a qualification with the relevant experience are welcome to apply
Desirable:
  • Member or Fellow of a professional body, such as RICS, CIOB or CIH
  • Experience of complex supply chain procurement and repair supply chain implementation
