What you’ll do
Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, is seeking a Lead Performance and Insight Analyst to join our thriving team. As the Lead Performance & Insight Analyst, you will drive data excellence across NHG, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance resident experiences and operational efficiency. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions at the Executive and Board levels, ensuring our homes and services meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
How you’ll do it
- Strategic Reporting: Deliver robust performance frameworks and KPI reports to the Executive Board, enabling oversight of risks and achievements across NHG’s housing operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead submissions for critical regulatory returns, including Tenancy Satisfaction Metrics (TSM) and Statutory Data Returns (SDR), ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off.
- Insight Development: Analyse performance trends to identify improvements for residents, homes, and communities, aligning insights with NHG’s strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operational teams to refine methodologies, document business rules, and ensure data integrity in all reporting.
- Governance Assurance: Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing management practices and performance benchmarks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor Performance Analysts, share expertise, and deputise for the Group Performance and Insight Manager as needed.

We’re seeking a Lead Performance & Insight Analyst who combines analytical rigor with exceptional communication skills. You’ll bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience managing regulatory returns (e.g. TSM, SDR) and delivering high-impact performance reporting in a complex environment.
- Expertise in housing management practices, KPI methodologies, and performance frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration across teams.
Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
