Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As a Marketing and Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of tailored marketing campaigns that raise awareness, strengthen our brand presence, and enhance the customer journey. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive engagement across digital platforms and in-person events, ensuring customers have a positive experience from pre-launch through to move-in.
How you’ll do it
- Plan and manage events, liaising with suppliers and coordinating staff and assets.
- Build and optimise customer journeys to maximise acquisition and retention, including email workflows and ad hoc communications.
- Support brand engagement through content management of NHG Homes websites and social media channels.
- Publish engaging social media content, monitor channels, and respond to comments to foster community engagement.
- Assist with email campaign design and editing in HTML, using analytics to recommend improvements.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics for email and social media campaigns.
- Provide cross-team support during scheme launches and promotional events, including administrative tasks.
- Monitor and raise payments to suppliers and assist with budget planning for events and marketing activities.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
Essential:
- Experience in marketing environments and campaign management.
- Knowledge of email marketing systems and basic HTML skills.
- Experience with social media practices and community management.
- Demonstrable experience in event planning and management.
- Basic understanding of property portals and the development/sales process.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Hybrid arrangements - at least three days a week in an office or in a community/site based/partnership setting. On other days, working from home may be possible, depending on the work needed and the interaction required. Some Saturdays may be required to support the sales team, supplemented with a day in lieu.
