We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our New Business and Retention Team to attract property owners for our Temporary Housing leasing scheme and maintain our portfolio size. At a time where NHG are looking enhance our offer for temporary housing residents this is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop our business.
You do not need any Temporary Housing experience but if you are a strong leader with a desire to deliver excellent services then this may be the role for you.
Main Responsibility
Our New Business and Retention Manager will work closely with and support the team to ensure we maintain our portfolio size, through bringing new properties onto our leasing scheme and retaining existing properties through lease renewal.
You will develop strategies to attract new landlords and grow our business and support the team to deliver this.
Having a proactive approach to service improvement you will shape new ways of delivering our service and support business development, exploring business growth opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
You will use your experience as a manager to lead our newly formed team to maintain our portfolio size and drive new business.
As a strong communicator you will work with the team to build relationships across temporary housing and with other departments to ensure we deliver excellent services to our customers.
Your commercial focus will ensure we remain competitive and take into consideration the external private rental market.
You will use your creativity to improve and develop services for our customers and your keen eye and attention to detail will ensure accuracy.
