What you’ll do

Key Worker, London Living Rent (LLR) and Student Lets department at Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) manages a portfolio of around 1400 key worker units and 355 LLR units spread across London. We house front line staff who are in employment with different hospital trusts e.g. University College London Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital as well as key workers from different occupations and different backgrounds. We’re a team motivated by the knowledge that we contribute directly to NHG’s mission to provide good quality homes for those who could not otherwise afford them. 

As an Operations Support Officer you won’t just be answering phones.  You’ll be a vital asset to our operations team, managing a wide range of tasks from marketing, organising viewings with new customers and to updating systems, processing purchase orders and supporting the in-house operation team with various day to day responsibilities. 
 
How you’ll do it

As you’ll work with colleagues, customers and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, you’ll be an amazing relationship and rapport builder who is commercially astute. To keep the team working smoothly you’ll share our ‘can do’ attitude and get involved with all aspects of the team’s work.  Finally, we’ll expect you to be organised, an exceptional multi-tasker, and be confident in thinking on your feet – someone who thrives on being at the heart of a busy team.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
 
Essential:
  • Must be a highly organised and flexible team player
  • Must have a proven record of being able multitask. 
  • Must have excellent IT skills including knowledge of different types housing and finance software.
Desirable:
  • .Experience in Keyworker and Intermediate Market Rent sector
