What you’ll do
As a leader in the sector digitally transforming services, Notting Hill Genesis recognises the importance of Data in achieving its vision. Our Data Governance and Performance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Insight Analyst to generate insights that will drive data improvements as well as provide data literacy support.
How you’ll do it
- Deliver robust performance information to the Executive Board and Group Board.
- Provide accurate data to the Regulator and external agencies.
- Provide insights, analysis, and data literacy support
- Support the delivery and reviews of NHG’s performance management framework, including assurance over the quality and the integrity of the information being reported
- Work to deliver the annual review of NHG’s key performance indications (KPIs)
The Ideal Candidate

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
The successful candidate will have experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to deliver corporate and operational performance KPIs. They will also have knowledge of Performance Frameworks and an understanding of different approaches. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong analytical and excellent IT skills, including excellent function writing skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
