Job Introduction
Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, is seeking two Personal Assistants:
- 1x Permanent position supporting the Chief Customer Officer.
- 1x 12-month Fixed-Term contract supporting Directors within our Customer Directorate
What you’ll do
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide high-level, proactive support that helps senior leaders achieve their priorities and deliver against organisational objectives. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure leaders have the information and support they need to work effectively.
This is a varied role that combines executive support, stakeholder management and project coordination. You’ll work with highly sensitive information, produce professional documentation and reports, and play an important part in maintaining effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Through your organisation, professionalism and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of a busy directorate.
How you’ll do it
- Provide high-quality support to Directors, including diary management, email monitoring, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Ensure Directors are well prepared for meetings and events by coordinating schedules, documents, reports and briefing materials.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships and act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Produce reports, presentations, correspondence and other documentation to a high professional standard.
- Plan and organise meetings, workshops, events and away days, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Support internal projects, follow up actions and decisions, and help ensure priorities are progressed and delivered.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and support financial processes such as monitoring budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and help ensure efficient ways of working across the directorate.
Hybrid working applies, with at least three days per week in the office.
The ideal candidate

Essential:
- Previous experience providing PA or EA support at Director level.
- Experience building and managing relationships at a senior level, including with boards, customers, partners and other stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating activities to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and coordinate the work of others effectively.
- Skilled in agenda preparation, minute-taking and producing high-quality written correspondence
Desirable:
- Relevant secretarial qualification or equivalent
