Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional administrative skills? Join our business development team as a Portfolio Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting our portfolio team's success.
Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective, and efficient administration service. Your expertise will be key in streamlining workflow processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance across our operations.
Our business development team works alongside our resident-facing colleagues and managers across supported and temporary housing, to deliver excellent services in quality homes and places, employing a variety of specialist functions and utilising a broad range of skills. You’ll need to work well under pressure delivering a ‘can do’ and high-quality support service in an area where attention to detail is critical but knowing that you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Specific duties will include:
- Execute admin tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain data accuracy and ensure tasks are progressed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a rigorous compliance function, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards
- Take pride in ensuring the highest level of presentation for correspondence
- Collate and input all data accurately and in a timely manner
As the environment is extremely busy, we’ll be counting on you to collaborate with colleagues to deliver an excellent service. You’ll also need to have good written skills and be very organised in order to meet deadlines and ensure the work of the team runs smoothly.
Essential:
- Demonstrable ability in handling tasks efficiently and maintaining organised workflows
- Proficiency in processing paperwork and contributing to financial accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to deliver within deadline
- Ability to validate information, show attention to detail and contribute to data management processes
- Understanding of compliance principles and commitment to ensuring policies and processes are followed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Good problem-solving skills, addressing issues promptly and effectively
- Flexibility in meeting dynamic, changing and competing needs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in full MS Office suite
