Job Introduction
Notting Hill Genesis are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Stock Optimisation Team. We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team.
Main Responsibility
Providing homes that are places where our residents want to live is a strategic priority for NHG, and to help us achieve this, we want to make the best use of our portfolio by ensuring we consider the full range of options for homes not delivering a good customer experience.
You will review and appraise homes that are not meeting the needs of NHG's customers and make recommendations about their future use, including tenure change and ultimately disposal. You will ensure that the full range of options are considered in order to achieve the best outcomes for NHG and its residents. You will be responsible for seeing through the results of your recommendations, such as managing the sale of void properties no longer suitable for NHG's customers.
You will also be responsible for some portfolio management matters, such as dealing with title easements, small land sales and similar appropriate tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone to play an important role in delivering our Better Homes asset strategy by supporting the successful completion of this key business objective.
The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience of working in a property sales or housing environment, show good attention to detail, and good IT skills.
