Job Introduction
Are you a specialist in recruitment solutions? Are you keen to work on exciting projects to help improve and develop our current recruitment processes? If so, then we’d love to hear from you!
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Advisor to join us and provide specialist resourcing and assessment advice and to support the HR team and wider business on our recruitment strategy.
The key focus for this role will be to ensure that we attract and recruit a diverse and high-quality range of candidates for NHG. This post will see you work in partnership with the business to provide advice on recruitment using the best attraction processes and solutions. You will work with the Recruitment Manager on recruitment and resourcing initiatives ensuring an efficient, effective customer focused service across NHG.
You will be responsible for supporting NHG in creating a positive candidate experience and help develop the employer brand to showcase NHG as a great place to work. You will work with and develop relationships with external partners and suppliers, utilising expert advice for NHG and achieving value for money.
We want you to enjoy your work here. You’ll have the opportunity to work on multiple work streams as we support a fast-moving programme of exciting work across our whole organisation.
To do this job well, you’ll need to be experienced in implementing and recommending recruitment solutions and attraction methods. You will have experience in contract and project management within a recruitment setting. You may have in-house recruitment experience or have worked within a Managed Service capacity or RPO model – which would give you an excellent understanding of recruitment solutions, routes to market and trend analysis.
You will bring knowledge and initiative around various routes to market (social media, video/digital etc) and will be able to offer new ways of thinking to augment our current approach. This role will focus heavily on spotting trends and reporting, so an eye for analytics and data analysis is vital.
Above all, you will be a team player and someone who can offer suggestions and execute decisions to help improve the way that we recruit.
Our culture of innovation means your ideas and enthusiasm on how to improve our service will be welcomed and most likely implemented. If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you.
At NHG we pride ourselves on investing in our workforce – we offer ongoing training to help you grow and develop into your role.
In return we offer a competitive salary, generous annual leave, health cash plan, season ticket loan, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer as well as other benefits packages.

Your supporting statement should contain specific examples from your own experience demonstrating how you meet the professional expertise and skills criteria in the role profile. About the Company
Notting Hill Genesis is now one of the largest housing associations in London and the south east. We own and manage more than 66,000 homes and employ around 2,000 staff. We provide homes across a range of tenures and are committed to continuing to deliver housing that is affordable to all. Our roots reach back to the 1960s when our legacy organisations were established by local people who shared a similar vision – to house west London’s working poor, providing them a home from which to build themselves and their families a secure future.
Our people
We value our people and both respect and celebrate their differences. We’re proud to say that our colleagues come from different backgrounds, with varied outlooks and are from all over the world. We encourage and are committed to diversity. We know that when people with varied experiences and unique points of view come together, it makes us a stronger organisation and more able to help the wide range of residents that we serve. We want all our colleagues to bring their full selves to work in a culture and environment based on respect and fairness, regardless of role, background or ability.
Our pledges
We are proud signatories of the G15 group’s diversity pledge to encourage more diversity in the boardroom and at senior level. The pledge on Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) diversity commits NHG to reflect the ethnic diversity of the communities we work in at all levels and particularly at senior managerial, leadership and board levels.
We have under-representation of BAME colleagues at this level and are keen to fill this gap. We welcome applications from everyone. For this role, we especially encourage BAME candidates to join us and be part of an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity, equality of opportunity and provides a place for you to grow your career.
We are also a Stonewall Diversity Champion, a Disability Confident employer and have signed up to Harry’s Pledge. We actively monitor the diversity of our workforce and strive to show equal representation throughout all levels of the organisation.
