Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As a Regional Repair Lead at Notting Hill Genesis, you’ll oversee the delivery of repairs and maintenance across approximately 18,000 homes, ensuring our residents receive a high-quality, responsive service. You’ll provide strategic leadership for contract management, drive supplier performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Awaab’s Law. Your work will balance cost, quality, and risk, using data-driven insights to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.
How you’ll do it
- Lead and manage Tier One and Tier Two contractor performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee large budgets, accounts, and financial controls, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimising value.
- Develop and implement efficient repair and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and inspections, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Address escalated complaints and complex cases, documenting learnings for service improvement.
- Use data and analysis to monitor performance, inform decisions, and drive innovation.
- Foster collaborative working with colleagues, contractors, and external partners to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
- Lead, develop, and support a team of repair professionals, promoting a culture of service improvement and learning.

Essential:
- Proven ability to lead Tier One and Tier Two contractor performance management, driving delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong experience managing large budgets/accounts and controlling costs effectively.
- Skilled in evaluating performance, negotiating contract extensions, and securing best value.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations, including Awaab’s Law, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing complex cases and escalations.
- Skilled at identifying and mitigating commercial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Excellent technical knowledge of repairs.
- Proven experience of team leadership and staff development.
Desirable:
- Hold a business management degree or similar, or relevant experience
