Job Introduction

What you’ll do

We are looking for a second Regulatory Quality Assurance Lead to join our Regulation and Consumer Standards team.

As one of our Regulatory Quality Assurance Leads,  you will use your expertise to monitor, assess, and enforce quality control standards to provide oversight of compliance with the rent standard, consumer standard and relevant policies. You'll help us make sure that we do what we say we do and can appropriately report on our performance to our board and our residents.

This is a challenging role focussed on enabling the business to measure, analyse and understand their compliance with regulatory standards through a range of mechanisms.

The new tenant satisfaction measures will be a key priority and this role is crucial to ensure that NHG is best in class at how we evidence that our residents are safe and supported in their homes and neighbourhoods.

We value and respect difference and are committed to building an inclusive culture by creating an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.

 How you’ll do it

You'll work with colleagues across our business to understand what they do, how they do it and how they track it.  You'll be focussed on helping to embed and improve mechanisms for assuring our board and residents of the impact of our activities in achieving great outcomes for customers.

Specific duties will include:

  • Developing, managing and maintaining reporting on key compliance metrics in relation to our tenant satisfaction measures.
  • Working with partners across the business to record, monitor and complete key actions to enhance our compliance with the standards.
  • Defining performance metrics and analysing performance across a wide range of compliance related activities.
  • Producing progress reports and gap analyses to highlight positive performance and mitigate risks in poor performance.
  • Facilitating awareness sessions to bring the consumer standards to life for colleagues and customers.
