Job Introduction
Notting Hill Genesis is looking for a dedicated Repairs Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our repair services meet the highest standards, providing comfort and safety to our residents.
Main Responsibility
As a Repairs Inspector, you will support the delivery of our repair services, ensuring adherence to high standards. Your role involves inspecting repairs, ensuring contractor and supplier quality, and managing repair processes efficiently. You'll be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to resident satisfaction, balancing technical expertise with strong communication and collaborative skills.

Mandatory
- Experience in the repairs sector, particularly in inspections and quality assessments.
- Skilled in technical diagnosis and managing schedules of work.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
