Job Introduction
Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Repairs Planner to join our dedicated team. This role is key to coordinating and managing repair and maintenance activities, ensuring high standards and efficiency across our portfolio of homes.
Main Responsibility
As a Repairs Planner, you will be pivotal in coordinating and streamlining repair activities. You will support your team in managing budgets effectively, ensuring all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities will be essential in handling a high volume of tasks and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to deliver a consistently high-quality repairs service. Your role will also involve managing repair escalations, undertaking specific research projects, and providing timely business information to support decision-making.

Mandatory
- Proven experience in property maintenance, repair planning, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract regulations and contractor management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of relevant legislation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with effective IT skills, including basic/intermediate MS Office skills.
