As the Social and Content Manager you’ll be at the forefront of NHG Homes digital presence and visual storytelling. Responsible for curating and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity and goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and recognition across all digital platforms. 

Main Responsibility

Content Strategy

Develop a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy and calendar that fosters meaningful connection with our audience, while promoting our developments, events, launches and special promotions.

Content Creation

Use your knowledge of photography, video, design and social media tools to develop interesting and relevant concepts for composite marketing campaigns created both in-house and with third-party agencies.

Email Strategy

Create, maintain and optimise email marketing plans and automated workflows that connect with the audience in their inbox. Working with our campaigns team to create and prepare content and with the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator, to design and edit emailers in HTML and CSS.

Content & Brand Ownership

Become a brand guardian - ensuring all current and future content matches the NHG Homes tone of voice, and brand guidelines while being up-to-date, accurate and compliant.

Reporting

Track key email marketing and social media metrics to provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering key recommendations and implementing changes to optimise campaigns across all channels. 

SEO

Monitor the performance of our digital footprint across the web while working with third-party agencies to optimise our SEO strategy and hone our website content creation calendar. 

The Ideal Candidate

Mandatory

  • Educated to degree level, Digital Marketing qualification, or equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Proven experience in email marketing and database management, preferably in the property or real estate industry
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite. to create and edit graphics

Desirable

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience of pre- and post and post production of video content.
  • Experience of video editing
  • Coding – understanding of some HTML and CSS
