Notting Hill Genesis are seeking a Stock Rationalisation Coordinator for our Stock Optimisation Team. We are pleased to offer this fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team.
 
Role Responsibilities
Providing homes that are places where our residents want to live is a strategic priority for NHG, and to help us achieve this, we want to establish a manageable geographic footprint in which we operate.

This is a great opportunity for someone to play an important role in delivering our approved stock rationalisation strategy by supporting the successful completion of this key business objective. You will be part of a team that considers the full range of stock rationalisation options to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and our residents.  

A key function of this role will be identifying and collating data and documentation necessary for a successful stock transfer. You will need to work to a tight timescale, gathering relevant information and flagging gaps, risks and delays to your manager. You will play a vital part in supporting stock rationalisation projects throughout their lifecycle.  
 
The Ideal Candidate
You will be able to prioritise, organise and deliver to challenging targets. You will be able to adapt quickly and be flexible in working both autonomously, and partnering with colleagues and external partners, to deliver projects.

Working with the Stock Rationalisation Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn first-hand how to deliver complex projects successfully while managing corporate and reputational risk.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in an asset management or property environment with a good understanding housing management processes and/or housing systems.

Attention to detail and strong IT skills will be essential.
