We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Heat Network as a Team Coordinator. This is a unique chance to become part of an innovative, forward-thinking team delivering services in the expanding heat network sector—perfect for someone looking to try something new and make a real impact.
How you’ll do it
As the Team Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Heat Network Team Team in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll provide essential administrative and project support, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
- Heat charges and tariffs
- Credit and prepayment billing
- Heat regulation
Decarbonising heat - Onboarding new heat networks into our operational portfolio
The ideal candidate
- Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and keep operations running smoothly
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative mindset to thrive in a busy team environment
- Solid written and IT skills

Essential:
- Experience in managing projects and going research
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Effective IT skills including intermediate MS Office skills with a focus on Excel
- Ability to make meeting agendas, take minutes and produce summary reports
Desirable:
- Understanding of a Heat Networks
- Experience in dealing with customers
