What you’ll do

Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are seeking a Community Hub Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. 

As a Community Hub Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering vibrant, inclusive communities for our residents. Based at Bolney Meadow in Southwest London, the Community Hub Manager will drive initiatives that align with our Better Together corporate strategy, ensuring residents thrive in a supportive environment. Your focus will be on enhancing community cohesion, delivering social value, and managing a multi-use space that prioritises resident engagement and housing excellence. 

How you’ll do it

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Bolney Meadow Community Hub, ensuring seamless delivery of programmes that meet community needs and corporate objectives.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders, including Community Development Trusts, Social Enterprises, and the local authority, to amplify social impact.

  • Oversee health and safety compliance, budget management, and facilities maintenance, balancing financial sustainability with community benefit.

  • Drive resident consultation and feedback mechanisms to shape services, ensuring data-driven improvements and high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in delivering excellent service delivery against key performance indicators
  • Experience of delivering programmes of activity to meet community needs
  • Experience of budget and financial management including processing of invoices
  • Experience of Facilities Management, Health, and Safety and GDPR requirements
  • Effective IT skills including intermediate MS Office skills
