Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As a Development Voids Executive, you’ll take responsibility for managing void homes within NHG’s sales pipeline, ensuring every property is regularly inspected, well maintained and presented to the highest standard for prospective buyers. Working closely with the Sales Progression and Voids Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support sales targets by ensuring homes coming to market are safe, clean and ready to impress.
How you’ll do it
- Deliver excellent customer service: Ensure customers view homes at their best, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the buying journey.
- Manage void properties: Carry out regular inspections and ensure all homes are clean, safe and in good working order following completion.
- Identify and resolve defects: Work with the post‑construction team to address defects quickly and effectively.
- Manage snagging and repairs: Where issues are not passed to post‑construction, obtain quotations, oversee works and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support financial processes: Work with the Sales and Support Coordinator to ensure billing for void properties is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Executives and other internal teams to ensure all homes are checked bi‑weekly in line with NHG policies.
- Work responsibly: Follow all NHG and statutory policies, including health and safety and financial regulations.
Hybrid working: Spend at least two days a week in an office, community, site‑based or partnership setting, with home working possible on other days depending on business needs

Working arrangements - Spend at least three site days across various developments, with one office day and one work from home day, subject to business needs.
