Sales Executive

Job Introduction

What you’ll do


As a Sales Executive, you will manage leads and prospective purchasers to convert them into successful sales across the Notting Hill Genesis sales programme. You’ll ensure customers have an outstanding experience throughout the buying process while maximising revenue and achieving sales targets. This role is key to delivering exceptional service and driving sales for new build Shared Ownership and Private Sales properties.


How you’ll do it

  • Set up and coordinate property viewings, ensuring developments are open and available five days a week until the final home is sold.
  • Work towards off-plan sales targets, making outbound calls to potential purchasers and conducting competitor analysis to influence marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with governing body regulations and maintain accurate records in the sales CRM system.
  • Conduct regular inspections of unsold units, reporting defects and maintaining show home presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving complaints, and conducting home tours and key handovers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, local authorities, solicitors, sales agents, IFAs, and developers.
  • Represent NHG at public events and ensure adherence to health and safety and financial regulations.

Essential:

  • Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Previous experience in property sales or housing sector
  • Strong track record in customer-facing roles with proven ability to hit targets.
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process and affordable home ownership products.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office.


Hybrid arrangements - at least three days a week in an office or in a community/site based/partnership setting. On other days, working from home may be possible, depending on the work needed and the interaction required.
