Job Introduction
What you’ll do
As an Estates Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. Reporting to the Estates Services Contracts Manager, you’ll lead and manage resident feedback on cleaning and gardening services, monitor contract performance, and support the Estates team in delivering excellent estate management services. This role is vital in maintaining high standards and creating a positive living environment for our customers.
How you’ll do it
- Monitor and manage resident feedback on cleaning and gardening contracts, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Organise quarterly regional meetings for resident monitors and produce newsletters to keep residents informed and engaged.
- Represent NHG professionally on matters relating to estate services, promoting a positive image.
- Maintain and update contract management systems and reporting tools, ensuring accurate data for performance monitoring.
- Support Fire Risk Assessment targets by assisting with monitoring and managing actions.
- Raise purchase orders for agreed works, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order and maintain supplies such as cleaning equipment, health and safety items, and contractor permits.
- Utilise data to produce regular performance reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Work collaboratively with the wider estates team to ensure services deliver value for money and align with best practice.

Essential:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy, varied workload effectively.
