We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Services to create exceptional workplace and customer environments that let our colleagues thrive and give our residents and customers the very best of NHG. Leading a team of around 15 colleagues, our Head of Business Services will oversee NHG’s office estate of four offices and over 100 small satellite locations. - Lead the delivery of facilities management, workplace services, reception, maintenance, cleaning, security, disaster recovery and business continuity through colleagues and service providers, including emergency response and out-of-hours arrangements
- Set and manage the Business Services budget, establish customer-focused service standards and KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Business Services team, building a culture of professionalism, accountability, warmth and responsiveness
- Manage workplace, facilities and support service suppliers, making sure contracts have robust service standards and commercial controls, and working closely with Procurement and Finance
- Lead office refurbishments, relocations and workplace improvement programmes that consider accessibility, safety, wellbeing, sustainability and customer experience, delivering them safely, on time and within budget
