Job Introduction
Welcome
Thank you for your interest in joining the People Directorate at Notting Hill Genesis.
This is an exciting time to join NHG. Our People function is evolving to become more confident, proactive and insight‑led, working closely with leaders to build capability, strengthen performance and support the delivery of great outcomes for residents.
People Development sits at the heart of our People Strategy. We help colleagues build the confidence, capability and ways of working they need to deliver high‑quality, resident‑focused services—now and in the future. Our work plays an important role in shaping NHG’s culture, leadership approach and how change is successfully embedded across the organisation.
The Digital Change & Adoption Partner plays a critical role within this ambition. This is a specialist partnering role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, technology and change—helping colleagues confidently adopt new digital tools and ways of working so transformation delivers real, lasting impact.
What the role is all about
As the Digital Change & Adoption Partner, reporting to the Learning Partnering & Delivery Manager, you’ll act as NHG’s adoption specialist for digital and transformation activity. You’ll work closely with Transformation teams, Change Managers, Business Analysts, PMO colleagues and HR Business Partners to ensure new systems and processes are not just implemented—but truly embedded.
This role is not focused on delivering training at scale or producing learning content. Instead, it centres on partnering, influence and insight—owning adoption outcomes rather than learning outputs. You’ll identify adoption and behavioural risks early, challenge assumptions and support leaders to embed confident, sustainable new ways of working within their teams.
Although the role sits within People Development, you’ll operate as a trusted partner to Digital, Transformation and operational teams, ensuring NHG realises the full value of its digital investment while protecting colleague experience and service quality.
How you’ll make a difference
You’ll help ensure NHG’s digital and transformation activity leads to meaningful, sustained change by:
- Working with transformation and change colleagues to focus on behaviour, confidence and readiness—not just go‑live
- Identifying adoption risks early and shaping mitigation activity to support successful embedding
- Supporting leaders to understand and own their role in driving adoption and behaviour change
- Enabling colleagues to confidently adopt new tools, systems and ways of working
- Helping NHG realise the benefits of digital investment through improved consistency, reduced re‑work and better colleague experience
- Your impact will be seen through confident adoption of digital change, smoother transitions, and sustained improvements in how work is done across the organisation.
How you’ll do it
You’ll work collaboratively across NHG to ensure digital change is embedded effectively into everyday practice. This includes:
- Partnering with Transformation, Change, PMO and HRBPs to understand upcoming digital and process change and assess adoption risk
- Shaping business‑readiness and adoption activity so change is well sequenced, inclusive and sustainable
- Providing insight, challenge and assurance on confidence, readiness and behavioural impact
- Defining the capability required for successful adoption of digital tools, including emerging technologies such as AI and Copilot
- Briefing and shaping learning and support activity with Learning Design and Systems colleagues where training is needed to enable adoption
- On occasion, delivering targeted adoption‑focused interventions where direct involvement supports behaviour change
- Using insight, feedback and usage patterns to track adoption, identify issues early and support continuous improvement
- You’ll work closely with colleagues across People Development, Digital and Transformation to ensure adoption activity is focused, people‑centred and outcome‑driven.
All about you

- Relevant experience in change, learning, organisational development, digital adoption or a related field (professional qualification desirable but not essential)
What’s in it for you?
You’ll play a key role in shaping how digital change lands across NHG, working at pace with senior stakeholders and transformation teams to ensure new ways of working stick—and genuinely improve colleague and resident experience.
