This is an exciting time to join NHG. Our People function is evolving to become more confident, proactive and insight‑led, working closely with leaders to build capability, strengthen performance and support the delivery of great outcomes for residents.
People Development sits at the heart of our People Strategy. We help colleagues build the skills, confidence and capability they need to deliver high‑quality, resident‑focused services—now and in the future. Our work plays an important role in shaping NHG’s culture, leadership approach and ways of working, supporting a consistent, values‑led colleague experience across the organisation.
The Learning & Development Partner plays a key role within this ambition. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced learning practitioner who enjoys working closely with the business, delivering engaging learning and making a real impact on colleague capability and performance.

- Delivering high‑quality skills, behavioural and compliance learning that builds confidence and consistency
- Supporting NHG’s statutory, mandatory and compliance learning requirements
- Helping embed learning into day‑to‑day practice to drive real, sustained impact
Your contribution will be seen through improved capability, confident colleagues, strong compliance and a positive learning experience aligned to NHG’s values.

- Partnering with HRBPs, Talent & Performance Partners and leaders to understand capability needs
- Translating business challenges into clear learning requirements for the Design & Systems team
- Delivering engaging, inclusive and practical learning sessions across skills, behaviour and compliance themes
- Adapting your delivery style for different audiences while maintaining consistent standards
- Using feedback and insight to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning
- Supporting compliance, audit readiness and consistent learning records
